Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.

An account is either a builder account or an organization account. Builder accounts are created through self-serve signup. Organization access is granted on request through our "For organizations" process, and an email attached to a builder account cannot be used for an organization account.

When using the Services you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate challenge rules
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Manipulate judging, points, leaderboards, or verification
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the authorship of work
• Probe, disrupt, or circumvent platform security or access controls

You are responsible for content you post on the Services. We may remove content that violates these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, harm other users, or create legal exposure, and we may discontinue or modify parts of the Services. Where reasonable, we will give notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee outcomes from participation in challenges or programs, the conduct of other users, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AyaHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify AyaHQ against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
